Randy Gage - A Con Artist Or The Real Deal?

Randy Gage can only be discribed as the one and only "MLM guru" out there, if there really is such a thing. Randy Gage has probably created more MLM millionaires than anyone else in this profession.

From the get go I want to announce that I am not associated with Randy Gage in any way. I have followed him closely my entire carrier in this industry though, and I have learned a great deal from the guy.

What Randy is like on a personal level is beyond the scope of this article though, since I have not spent personal time with him.

A simple fact is that Randy Gage has been able to brand himself as a huge MLM authority in the market place - if not the greatest one of them all.

Through his trainings, blogs, conference calls and his best-selling book "How to Build a Multi-Level Money Machine" he has given advice and tips to millions of people during the years while positioning himself as an expert in the market place, enabling him to sponsor people effortlessly into his organizations.

And this right here is actually the one most valuable lesson you can take away from following this guru!

You see, Randy Gage is building Agel's largest team at the moment, but if you look around on his websites you don't see any mention of the company.

You see. The vast majority of Randy Gage's income doesn't really come from his network marketing organization. It comes from his books, trainings and consultations. From providing useful information and training to ALL struggling network marketers out there, no matter what company they are a part of. And by doing that he comes accross as a non-threatening guy that is just providing value while at the same time promoting himself as a leader and guru in the market place.

And he actually does this branding of himself as a guru so well that he becomes one automatically.

If you just understand this, all of the training Randy actually conducts doesn't mean much at all in comparison!

The knowledge Randy provides and shares are immensely useful for everyone involved with the direct sales industry. He teaches motivation, how to develope confidence in yourself, how to get posture and how to prospect, closing skills and a lot of other useful things that every entrepreneur should study to the fullest.

This is just one piece of the pie, though!

Where many MLM teachers are dropping the ball in my eyes is that they don't give you the whole picture, and the things mentioned above does not matter without some sound business fundamentals in place FIRST.

One of the very first skill you have to develop is how to MARKET. Common sense easily tells us that prospecting skills doesn't provide you with much help if you don't have any prospects to talk to.

There is an option out there to buy lists of leads from leads providers, but this is something you should stay far away from. Doing this is pretty much just the same as throwing your money out the window as these leads could be shared by more people and usually they have no idea as of why you are calling them.

There's a much better solution to the problem out there which most MLM gurus doesn't teach for two reasons:

1. They don't really know how to do it themselves.

2. They create more generic training that fits everyone because they believe this information is too advanced for most people.

However, if you haven't learned how to set up a system that positions you as a leader in the market place and generates your own leads for you on autopilot, you're really not in business at all! You can then read up on how you should close people all you want but it's not worth a whole lot to you!

If you DO have a system like that in place, though, you can build a large organization while learning as you go because you will never lack prospects to talk to, and learning by EXPERIENCE while studying the teachings of for instance Randy Gage, you will be positioned to reap in great rewards!

This is what many distributors are finally realizing, that learning the right MARKETING SKILLS, together with having a great MARKETING SYSTEM are the most vital factors in network marketing success and they are flocking around leaders that have the stomach to tell the whole equation.

In my view Randy is one of the gurus that drops the ball when it comes to this. Nonetheless, he has some of the world's greatest training when it comes to the subjects mentioned above, and a whole lot more, and I would encourage everyone reading this to listen to Randy and study his teachings well because they are a perfect fit TOGETHER with studying and learning real marketing training!

So to sum up this article, Randy Gage definetely is the real deal and you should really pay attention to everything he has to say. But also keep your alitude over the whole puzzle, and take advantage FIRST of the power that lies in having an effective marketing system in place. A marketing system that will let you generate your own red-hot targeted leads and also train you in every aspect of marketing that you need to learn in order to become a master marketer.

Randy Gage is definetely someone you should pay attention to, but what's most important first is to set up an Attraction Marketing System. If you want to learn exactly how to succeed from A-Z, visit Marius Ystenes' Internet Network Marketing Blog.
